What is Local and International CallBack Service?
Local and International CallBack is a service that allows local mobile phone or overseas fixed line or mobile phone users to make calls by triggering a call back to their phones. Users with free incoming call plans will thus save on the local air-time charges. [back to top]

How do I register or sign up my numbers for the service?
Local and International CallBack Service are value-added services for the following products & services. By registering your local or overseas mobile numbers to one of these products & services, users will be able to use the service.
1)   IDD 1526
2)   ICC
3)   Prepaid IDD
4)   TravelCard

Can I use the service in other countries?
Yes. While Local CallBack is for you to use in Singapore, International CallBack is to be used in overseas from overseas mobile. [back to top]

How do I use the service to make calls?
i.  Local CallBack: Dial from Singapore mobile, 15260 Country Code + Area Code + Telephone Number and answer when system calls back. For M1 subscribers or making local calls, please dial 6622 9400, answer call back and then enter Country Code ('65' for making local calls) + Area Code + Telephone Number.
ii.  International CallBack: Dial using IDD service from overseas mobile to 6567616200, wait for call back then enter Country Code+Area Code+Tel No.
iii.  Local or International CallBack: Send SMS with text content 'CA CountryCode + AreaCode + Tel.No' to +6592295935. E.g. 'CA6598888888' or 'CA60128888888'.
iv.  Local or International CallBack: Call using WebCallBack, click here to triger a Local or International CallBack using your ICC, Prepaid IDD or TraveCard. You will need to register your Singapore number first before using it for the Local CallBack. For IDD 1526 users, you will need to log in to your online account here before you can trigger any Local or International CallBack. All your Singapore and overseas numbers need to be pre-registered.

How do I use the speed-call to make calls in this service?
i.  Local CallBack: Dial from Singapore mobile, 6622 9401 ~ 6622 9409 to callback to each of the speed-dial. (E.g. 6622 2401 will callback speed-dial memory "01" number, 6622 2402 will callback speed-dial memory "02" number.)
ii.  International CallBack: Dial using IDD service from overseas fixed line or mobile to 6761 6201 ~ 6761 6209 to callback to each of the speed-dial. (E.g. 6622 2401 will callback speed-dial memory "01" number, 6622 2402 will callback speed-dial memory "02" number.)

Can I use the service to make local calls?
Yes, please dial 6622 9400 and enter '65' before the phone number when the system called you back. (e.g. Enter '6568381526' to call back local number '68381526'.) [back to top]

What if I have a list of frequently called numbers?
You can use the speed-dial memory function to save these numbers into your ICC, Prepaid IDD and TravelCard. Please refer to FAQ of ICC on how to set & use the speed-dial. For IDD 1526 users, you can make the request for the numbers to be configured to your account and use the speed-dial the same way as described in FAQ of ICC. [back to top]

How am I being charged for the calls?
You will be charged for the calls that are connected successfully to the number that you will be calling. We will not charge you if the call is engaged or failed to be connected. However, if the call reached the voice mail or announcement service, we may impose charges if the local operator is charging the call.

Would there be mobile air-time charges when using this service?
It depends on the mobile operators and your mobile call plan. Most of the local and overseas mobile operators now offer free incoming calls. Please double check with your mobile operators before using the service. [back to top]
